Salon & Day Spa Policies
Cancellations
Here at Luxuria Day Spa and Salon we do request a 24 hour notice for canceling booked appointments. If appointments are booked for several services or parties we do require a credit card to hold the appointments and 48 hour notice for cancellation. This policy is to ensure our service providers with maximum availability. Failure to cancel an appointment will result in a charge of half the amount of the service missed.
Late Arrivals
Unfortunately late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for paying the full amount for the service booked.
Gratuity
Gratuity for professional services is not included in the prices. Envelopes are available at the front desk, or you may add your gratuity to your charge card or even to the amount on a check.
