Reflexology
Specific reflex points of the feet or hands connect to all the organs, glands and systems of the body. Massage of those points helps stimulate & energize the entire body, feels great, and assists the circulation. Each session is customized for your needs and can be legs & feet, hands & feet or hands, wrists and arms.

Full Body Hot Stone Therapy
This massage uses traditional strokes of Swedish massage while holding a heated stone. Heated stones are also placed in specific points along your spine, or in the palms of your hands, and even sometimes between your toes to improve the flow of energy in your body.

Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage promotes relaxation, soothes nerves and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers, particularly in the second and third trimesters. Our Massage Therapists will take extra care to make sure your body gets the cushioning and support it needs. You must be past your first trimester to have this massage.
